What You're Purchasing
Each purchase is a permanent listing on the public wall. In exchange for your payment you receive a listing displaying the name, message, and URL you submit, published immediately and kept online for the life of the site, plus a leaderboard rank determined by your purchase amount. The largest single purchase holds the #1 position until a larger one displaces it.
This is a novelty digital product. It is not a donation, a charitable contribution, an investment, or a fundraiser, and no funds are collected on behalf of any cause or third party. The running total displayed on the site is a scoreboard of purchases to date, not a fund being raised.
Refunds
All sales are final. Your listing is published the moment your payment succeeds, which means the product is delivered in full and cannot be returned. Please buy only what you are willing to spend.
If your listing fails to appear, appears incorrectly, or you were charged more than once for the same listing, email [email protected] within 60 days and we will correct the listing or refund the purchase.
Public Disclosure
The name, purchase amount, message (if provided), and URL (if provided) that you submit will be displayed publicly on the wall and in the leaderboard. This information is permanent and will not be removed on request (except in cases of severe misconduct or legal requirement). Do not submit information you are not comfortable publishing permanently and publicly.
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Minimum purchase is $1.00
- You must provide a valid payment method
- You agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy
Acceptable Use
By making a purchase, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use automated scripts or bots to make purchases
- Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities
Questions About a Charge
If you have any concern about a charge, email [email protected] and we will respond within two business days. Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to resolve a problem, but nothing in these terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
Limitation of Liability
This service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorized access to your account or payment information (which is handled by Stripe, not us)
- Issues arising from third-party services (Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.)
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel purchases, remove listings, or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
